1985 International Poetry Conference (New York, United States)
:Support for "Gathering of Japanese Poets" in New York.
1986
Walker Art Center ( Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States): Partial support for production of "A Day in Tokyo", a documentary video for "Tokyo: The Form and Spirit" exhibit, a traveling exhibition held in four U.S. Cities -- New York, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
Textile Art Museum (Washington, D.C., Unites States) :Support in preparation of the "Exhibition of Fiber Art by Japanese Artists."
International Convention Center (Tokyo, Japan): Support for the revision and reprinting of "A Guide to Japanese Art Museums" published by Kodansya International, written by Lawrence P. Robert.
Japan / U.S. Society of Washington, D.C. (Washington, D.C., United States) :Support for a Society sponsored public performance of Okinawa dance performed by 14 members of the Okinawa Prefecture Abstract Culture Foundation, Takako Sato, Minzoku Dance Troupe.

Nebraska Educational Television (Nebraska, United States): Support of "Modern Japan," a 2-part series each 30 minutes in length by NTV produced as an additional work in the series "Japan: Living Traditions, Changing Traditions" which was produced from 1975-1976.
Hara Art Museum (Tokyo, Japan) :Support of "Modern Art in Japan," a traveling exhibition in the United States produced by the Hara Art Museum and the Smithsonian Institute.
"10 to Tokyo Exhibition" (Tokyo Japan) :Support for a traveling exhibition in the United States featuring Tokyo as photographed by 10 Japanese photographers.
The American University Federation, Japan Research Center and the Asia Foundation Translation Center (Tokyo, Japan) :Support for instruction and training expenses for American students with interest in a career in mass communications at 2 different locations of the center.
"Fiber Art Exhibition" (Kanazawa, Japan) :Support for the Kanazawa exhibit, which was held as a portion of the Far East traveling exhibition of fiber art, a project developed by the North Dakota Art Museum for exhibition over a 3 year period.
1987 Shuichi Kato Lecture (New Jersey, United States) :Support for the lecture "America as Seen by the Japanese" presented by Shuichi Kato, Tokyo University Professor at Princeton University.
Association of Japan / U.S. Societies (New York, United States): Support for 30 representatives to assemble nationwide for a conference of the Japan / U.S. Society.
"Women from Around the World" Research Project (St.Louis, United States) :Support for the publication of a history of women in Japanese society entitled "Women of Japan," a book targeted at American high school and university students.
Beginners Society (Washington, D.C., United States) :Support for the presentation " Flower Festival" held by the society in Washington, D.C., in support of an exhibition of the graphic designers Mr. Ikko Tanaka and Mr. Yusaku Kamekura held in the Fria Gallery (Smithsonian Institute) and the Hershorn Art Museum.
1988

Opera Theater (St. Louis, United States): Support for the Opera performance of " Joruri" which played at the St. Louis Opera Theater.
1989 JR Tokyo Station Gallery (Tokyo, Japan): Support for the "Whitney Art Museum Exhibition."
National Museum of Modern Art (Tokyo, Japan): Loaned art work for the "Redon Exhibition," also loaned works to 3 other exhibitions.
1990 "Macbeth" (New York, United States): Support of the New York stage performance of Shakespeare's "Macbeth" with actor Yukio Ninagawa as a part of the festivities commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Tokyo and New York sister-city relationship.
Whitney Art Museum (New York, United States): Acted as host and sponsor for the annual gala event held by the Whitney Museum in New York.
Japan-America Art Association (New York, United States) :Sponsored an exhibition in New York to introduce promising young Japanese artists.
Glass Crafts Academy (Toyama, Japan) :Support for the purchase of library books.
1991 Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York, United States) :Provided funds in support of the Makuhari development project to bring the MMOA to Japan by support to the Education Department of the Museum.
CAAC Exhibition Support (Tokyo, Japan) :In response to a requests from the Chinese- American Arts Council, sponsored the Tokyo Exhibition portion of a traveling exhibit (New York - Toronto - Tokyo - Beijing ) consisting of drawings by young modern artists from Japan, the United States and China held at the Tokyo/Kanda Japan Art Gallery.
Japan-America Art Association Exhibit (New York, United States) :Subsidized an exhibition at the 555 SoHo Art House to introduce young Japanese modern artists currently working in Europe.
Japan-America Art Association Exhibit Support (Tokyo, Japan) :Subsidized an exhibition to introduce the works of young artists from New York at the Toko Museum of Modern Art with guest curator Jeffrey Deichi.
Japan-America Art Association Exhibit Support Built the SoHo Art Factory and renovated the 555 Broadway Building to include workshop space for young artists. One-man exhibitions are held every other month.
Exchange Student Expenses (Mongolia, China) :Provided funds in Support of a student from Inner Mongolia studying at the Sophia University Post Graduate Studies Program.
1992 Taiwan Palace Museum at Tokyo Metropolita Teien Museum of Art (Tokyo, Japan) :Aid for an exchange between the directors of the two museums.
Scholastic Corporation (New York, United States): Support to the 1992 Scholastic Art Awards program to bring the works of young Japanese artists for display at the National Student Art Exhibition Scholastic Award exhibition held at the University Art Gallery, Henry Clay Frick Fine Arts Building, University of Pittsburgh.
Toyama Prefecture (Fukuoka Machi, Japan): Support provided in support of the " Artistic Movement in Toyama," an original dance production performed on stage at the Japan Expo Toyama Hall.
Japan-America Art Association (New York, United States) :Subsidized the 5th JAAA Exhibition entitled "Visions In Between." This exhibition considered of contemporary paintings created by artists from China, Japan and Korea. Plans call for the exhibition to travel Hiroshima, Seoul, Taipei, and New York.
Exchange Student Expenses Provided funds in support of a student from Inner Mongolia studying at the Sophia University Post Graduate Studies Program.
1993 Japan-America Art Association (New York, United States) :Subsidized the "Information Installation" exhibition and other exhibitions.
Toyama Prefecture (Fukuoka Machi, Japan) :Provided support for the "Artistic Movement in Toyama.".
1994 Toyama Prefecture (Fukuoka Machi, Japan): Provided support for the "Artistic Movement in Toyama."
Organized the "David Provan, Ryota Tanabe" exhibition, the "Shigeyuki Ichimura" Exhibition, and the "Taneto Maruyama" exhibition.
Organized and sponsored the "Kurosawa-Drawings" exhibition.
1995 Toyama Prefecture (Fukuoka Machi, Japan): Provided support for the "Artistic Movement in Toyama."
Organized four solo exhibitions of young artists and a group exhibition entitled "New Portrait Photography."
Provided support to the performance of "Gencho" by the 7 Birds Group.
1996 Organized and sponsored five solo exhibitions of young artists at the Ise Foundation Gallery in New York.
1997 Toyama Prefecture (Fukuoka Machi, Japan): Provided support for the "Artistic Movement in Toyama."
Organized and sponsored four solo exhibitions of young artists at the Ise Foundation Gallery in New York.
Toyama Prefecture (Fukuoka Machi, Japan): Provided support for the "Artistic Movement in Toyama."
1998 Subsidized an exhibition entitled "Beyond daily life" at Shanghai Museum of Art, Shanghai, China.
Toyama Prefecture (Fukuoka Machi, Japan) :Provided support for the "Artistic Movement in Toyama." Organized and sponsored four solo exhibitions of young artists at the Ise Foundation Gallery in New York.
1999 Organized and sponsored an exhibition entitled " Masters in their studios" by photographer Sajirou Minamikawa at the Ise Foundation Gallery in New York.
Organized and sponsored six solo exhibitions of young artists at the Ise Foundation Gallery in New York.
Supported and loaned the art works for "A Bouquet of Masterpieces," an exhibition at Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum (Tokyo, Japan)
Toyama Prefecture (Fukuoka Machi, Japan) Provided support for the "Artistic Movement in Toyama."
2000 「Subsidized the production of the video "A Tribute to the memory of Ms Masako Shirasu".
Supported "Grass works" exhibition in New York. Supported the "Chinese Contemporary Photography and video" exhibition.
